End of KS2 SATs Results 2016- 2018

Levels of Attainment

Please note that significant changes to KS2 assessment took place in 2016. Prior to this date 11 year olds were expected to achieve level 4 with some children working above average at level 5 and an exceptional number reaching level 6. These level judgements were replaced by a ‘no level’ system from 2016 with the majority of pupils aiming for the expected standard and higher attainers reaching a ‘higher level’ or ‘greater depth’. These are underpinned by scaled scores with an average of 100 and a higher level of 110+ with a maximum of 120.
